Master The Scene

CONSPIT brings together the elite forces of professional drivers and a top-tier racing engineering team, leveraging our comprehensive Motorsport expertise to create its first Direct Drive product.

The Ares series wheelbases, including ARES 12 and ARES 20 Platinum, demonstrate exceptional performance and clear competitive features across multiple dimensions.

Superior Performance

Designed for sim racers seeking the ultimate competitive experience, the Ares features a 23-bit high-resolution optical encoder and a high-precision skew-pole direct-drive motor, specifically developed for sim racing.

Paired with an optimized, high-performance force feedback system, it delivers an unmatched, ultra-smooth driving experience.

23-bit Optical Encoder

The Ares series is equipped with a high-precision optical encoder, featuring an angular resolution of less than 0.01° and a 23-bit resolution. It delivers significantly higher accuracy and stability compared to commonly used magnetic encoders on the market.

Unlike magnetic systems, the optical encoder effectively eliminates consistency and coaxiality errors, resulting in smoother, more refined force feedback and a greatly enhanced driving experience.

The Comparison - Optical vs. Magnetic

The optical encoder used in Ares Wheelbase demonstrates superior performance compared to magnetic encoders with identical resolution.

Advanced Force Feedback Dynamics

The Ares series base features an advanced motor control system, ensuring stability, efficiency, and precise positional accuracy during force feedback output. With a torque slew rate of up to 9.5 Nm/ms, it captures even the finest details.

Specialized for the Task

Unlike the standard off-the-shelf industrial servo motors used by others, the Ares

features a proprietary-engineered motor structure specifically designed to meet the

unique demands of a racing simulator, optimizing handling feel, steering feedback, and stability, delivering:

• Lightning-fast torque response

• Minimal torque cogging (less than 2.3%)

• Ultra-smooth handling

• Precise steering input

Dual Skewed Pole Design

Using a dual skewed pole design with both stator and rotor skewed poles, this optimizes cogging torque, significantly reducing torque ripple, electromagnetic vibration, and noise, resulting in excellent NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance.

Ultra-High Torque Density

Compact size, immense power. Utilizing ultra-high magnetic permeability cores and powerful NdFeB magnets, along with optimal air gap ratio and high slot fill factor design, this motor achieves high torque density and delivers powerful output.

Minimized Cogging Torque

After multiple simulations and prototype iterations, Ares has perfected the electromagnetic design. The dual skewed pole stator and rotor, high slot-to-pole ratio, optimal air gap, and precise magnetic circuit minimize cogging torque, delivering an exceptionally smooth steering feel.

Advanced Thermal Management

Real-time, high-frequency monitoring of the system's temperature ensures stable motor and control system operation, delivering exceptional thermal management performance.

Exclusive Actual Torque Performance Testing

At CONSPIT, we reject virtual claims. Throughout the Ares wheelbase development, we employed precision control industry-grade testing to ensure all performance data is grounded in real evidence.

Validation involved a high-precision dynamic torque sensor placed between the wheel and motor output shaft, with resolution below 0.01Nm and response up to 1kHz. This enabled real-time monitoring of actual torque at the driver's hands, precisely matched against motor-reported signals for accurate performance tuning.

Precision Calibration and Optimization

In addition to providing precise calibration of torque parameters, The Testing also offers a reliable tool for objectively quantifying base feel adjustments. Characteristics like torque dynamic range, responsiveness, and high-frequency noise, which heavily influence the feel, can be evaluated and optimized.

Innovative Industrial Design

With a sleek, compact profile and a visually lightweight design, the ARES offers a multi-angle aesthetic experience that exceeds both visual and performance expectations.

Winning with Details

Crafted from high-grade aerospace aluminum alloy with a proven heat dissipation design, the ARES ensures exceptional durability, reliability in endurance races, and a premium texture from advanced forming and surface treatments.

POGO Module for Future Expansion

The front of the base is equipped with magnetic contacts for easy installation and future expansion of various functional components.

High Safety Design

A dedicated safety mode ensures driver protection and allows children to play safely under parental supervision.

Conspit Link 2.0

Easily configure wheelbase functions, fine-tune FFB, monitor status, and create custom presets using Conspit Link 2.0 software.

Featuring official presets crafted by professional drivers and vehicle dynamics engineers, allowing for quick switching between games or vehicle setups, including presets from renowned pro drivers like Laurin Heinrich.

CDP Quick Release System

The Ares wheelbase features the CDP QR System, a Formula-inspired CNC-machined 7075 aluminum clasp and ball-locking mechanism for precise torque transmission and positioning. Spring contacts ensure EMI-resistant stability, while optimized geometry prevents wear, delivering zero-play durability under high loads.

CES Emergency Stop (Optional)

An external emergency stop switch that allows for quick deactivation of the Ares motor, suitable for coaching, offline sim racing experience centers, and child play under parental supervision.
