Virtual Revolution: Czech Sim Racing Championship Begins – and Everyone Can Join

RaceGear s.r.o. and Křenek Motorsport s.r.o., in cooperation with the Autoklub of the Czech Republic, present the second official Czech Republic Championship in Digital Motorsport. Racers will compete on the iRacing platform using Formula 4 cars, with the whole event culminating in a grand finale at the Prague Car Festival 2025 in early November.

The unique premiere edition of the Czech Sim Racing Championship is open to anyone aged 15 and up – whether you are a racing game enthusiast, a professional sim racer, or a real-world motorsport driver.

To participate, you must register and pay a registration fee of 600 CZK (by bank transfer to account number 99924130/5500 with the description "eMČR First Name, Last Name of the driver"), which includes entry to one of the local qualification rounds held during the F4 Central European Zone race weekends:

  • July 26th – Autodrom Most - register here
  • August 22–23 – Slovakia Ring
  • September 6–7 – Automotodrom Brno
  • The fourth event will be announced

Participation in the championship final is subject to obtaining an esports license on the Autoklub ČR website.

Format & Platform

The races will take place exclusively on iRacing using the Tatuus F4-T421 formula car on the Red Bull Ring circuit. There are two ways to qualify for the final:

  • Online Qualification – participants can practice and set their best lap times in Time Attack mode. The top 12 fastest will qualify for the final.
  • Onsite Qualification during F4 CEZ weekends – RaceGear will bring a simulator directly to the venue, and the top 4 fastest from each round will qualify for the final.

Grand Final

The final will take place at the Prague Car Festival in November 2025 and will feature an exciting elimination-style race format. 32 drivers will participate, including 4 wild cards – well-known personalities from the motorsport world.

The event will be supervised by the following stewards:

  • Martin Kadlečík (2nd place at FIA Motorsport Games 2024 – Esports F4)
  • Vojtěch Fiala (3rd place at FIA Motorsport Games 2024 – Esports GT)

To participate in the championship, it is also necessary to pay the registration fee of 600 CZK via bank transfer to account number 99924130/5500, with the payment reference: "eMČR First Name, Last Name of the driver".
